Contents insurance is added during the booking process.
We currently offer two different sizes, a 10ft unit and a 20ft unit. A 20ft container is 160 square feet of space and is most common for house movers and can fit the average furniture from of a 3 bedroom house. This is also the most popular choice with tradesmen storing their tools and materials. The 10ft unit is 80 square feet of space and is popular with those looking to store small items but don’t need a full 20ft unit.
Our aim is to be as flexible as possible and don’t want to tie our customers into lengthy contracts that they do not need. Therefore there is no notice period.Once you have finished storing with us just send us a message, or you can cancel online at any time via our online portal.
We prohibit storage of anything illegal, perishable, wet or potentially explosive (any form of petrol or gas). This ensures the site remains safe for all customers and your items remain in good condition whilst in storage with us.
Our payments are processed by Stripe and we accept payment via Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Your card details are encrypted and completely safe. We do not store your card details, this is done by Stripe.
When you book online you will receive a confirmation email with your unit number and instructions on how to access the site. Once you are finished storing with us, we ask that you empty your unit ready for the next customer and simply send us a message to say you no longer need your unit.
